Email Quote Section
Learn how to email a quote, or print one out at the office. Sales become much easier when your quote is in your patient's email cue. No more putting the patient on hold to figure out a price. Recapture walkouts and maximize your patient's purchase by emailing them a quote that compares the prices of 6-month and 1-year supplies.
Receipt Generator
Simplify rebates for customers. When patients purchase contact lenses from you they need a scanned and highlighted receipt (preferably formatted as a PDF), a rebate code, and a rebate link. Asking your staff to do all that can take 10 minutes of your staff's valuable time. Furthermore it's frustrating for the patient to do all this work for a rebate. Avoid having to duplicate work when a patient crumples up his receipt and send it in a quick email.
Update Contact Lenses
Need to update any aspect of your contact lens (price, cost, rebates, etc.)? Just use the Update Contacts page located under Setup on the main navigation bar.
